Scuwo acts as an intermediary between customers and airlines. We search available fares across multiple carriers to find the cheapest flights that match your requirements. We do not operate airlines or own any aircraft. All flights are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airline.
Currently, all bookings are made manually through direct contact with our team via phone or email. Online self-service booking is planned for a future release.
To book a flight through Scuwo:
A booking is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from Scuwo.
All prices quoted are in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise stated. Prices include the base airfare and applicable taxes at the time of quotation. Prices are subject to availability and may change before confirmation. Scuwo may charge a service fee for processing your booking, which will be clearly communicated before you confirm.
Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. Full payment is typically required to confirm a reservation. Scuwo accepts bank transfers and other payment methods as agreed at the time of booking. Tickets will not be issued until payment is received and cleared.
Cancellation and refund policies are determined primarily by the airline whose ticket you have purchased. Scuwo will assist you in submitting cancellation or refund requests to the airline, but cannot guarantee refunds or override airline policies.
Any changes to a confirmed booking (dates, passenger names, destination) must be requested in writing and are subject to airline availability and applicable change fees. Scuwo will communicate any associated costs before processing a change.

Scuwo acts solely as an agent and is not liable for any acts or omissions of airlines, airports, or other third-party service providers. We are not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, missed connections, lost baggage, or any other disruptions caused by airlines or circumstances beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scuwo's total liability to you shall not exceed the service fees paid to Scuwo in connection with the booking in question.
We collect and process your personal data in accordance with applicable German and EU data protection law (GDPR). Your data is used solely for the purpose of processing your booking and communicating with you about your travel. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. All content on the Scuwo website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Scuwo and may not be reproduced or used without prior written consent.
Scuwo reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.
