Booking

Once you confirm the flight options we present and payment is received, we typically issue the ticket within a few hours. You will receive a written confirmation by email as soon as the booking is complete.

Scuwo may charge a small service fee depending on the complexity of the booking. This will always be clearly communicated to you before you confirm, so there are no surprises.

Yes! We handle bookings for individuals, families, and groups. Just let us know the number of passengers and their details when you get in touch.

Payments

We accept bank transfers and other payment methods as agreed at the time of booking. Full payment is required before tickets are issued. Our team will provide you with payment details once you confirm your booking.

No. We are fully transparent about pricing. The total amount — including any service fee — will be clearly stated before you confirm. What you see is what you pay.

All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise agreed. If you require a quote in another currency, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations are subject to the airline's own policy. Some tickets are non-refundable, while others allow partial or full refunds. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel, and we will submit the request to the airline on your behalf. Note that Scuwo's service fee is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.

Changes to confirmed bookings are possible but depend on the airline's policy and availability. Change fees may apply. Please contact us in writing at info@scuwo.com with your request and we'll let you know what's possible.

If your flight is cancelled by the airline, you are generally entitled to a refund or rebooking under EU Regulation 261/2004 (for flights departing from or arriving in the EU). We will assist you in claiming your rights. Please notify us as soon as you are informed of the cancellation.

Travel & Documents

Visa requirements depend on your nationality and destination. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct visa before travel. We recommend checking with the embassy or consulate of your destination country well in advance. We are happy to advise where we can.

Generally, the earlier you book the better the price. For popular routes and peak travel seasons, we recommend booking at least 6–8 weeks in advance. That said, we also monitor last-minute deals — so don't hesitate to reach out even if your trip is soon.

For most bookings we need the full name(s) as they appear on the passport, date of birth, and passport number and expiry date. For international long-haul flights, additional details may be required. We'll let you know exactly what's needed when you contact us.

We are a small, dedicated team with a single focus: getting you the cheapest flight possible. We don't upsell unnecessary extras or hide fees. You deal directly with us — real people who care about your trip.
